Her Man

Leia loves her man. Yeah, she loves me more, but you can't beat the relationship between a man and his dog. Now getting Leia to sit still long enough to let me take a picture took some coaxing. Don't let that cute little face fool you. Actually, the face is the problem. That nose wants to keep on going.

I lost all of my paintbrushes. I opened up Photoshop and they were all gone. So I am experimenting with new watermarks. What do you think? I know I am not a real photographer, but I can pretend, right? I'm not sure how I feel about the black background.

I like your watermark! Very classy!!!

I am the same way, I am not a "real" photographer, but I have started to put my name on my better photos. I just decided, what the heck? A few of my photos have made it to Flickr Explore, some have quite a few comments and view and you never know! I am thinking of it as a marketing person (my background)- attaching your name to something you are proud of can't hurt. And who knows where it may take you someday. Right?

I like it and think it looks very nice. However I think it should be on the photo itself and not underneath it. Reason being is that with the watermark on the photo it is harder to remove it from the photo. Underneath any one can copy the photo and very easily remove your name and then claim the photo is their own.

I think the logo/watermark looks really good. Very professional and sophisticated. I agree with Ashleywick, though, I would put it on the photo if you don't want people to steal the image. I know so many people who steal images (including an advertising company I worked for). I am so lazy about watermarking my stuff, but I should do it so my pictures don't end up somewhere I don't want them to be.
